«After years of oblivion (from 1988 to 1994), passed to write pieces without having a band, in 1995, the guitarist LGD (Luigi Guarino D.), forms the first and precarious formation of the Anguish Force, then known only as Anguish.»

Το μακρινό 1995 σχηματίσθηκαν στην Ιταλία οι Anguish. Οκτώ έτη αργότερα (και μετά την κυκλοφορία τεσσάρων demos) μετονομάσθηκαν σε Anguish Force συνεχίζοντας μέχρι τις ημέρες μας ("τριαντάρισαν" φέτος). Το σλόγκαν τους; «Heavy Metal is our Mission.»

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει δέκα "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, οκτώ EPs, τέσσερα singles και τρεις συλλογές. Το νέο τους δισκογραφικό πόνημα τιτλοφορείται "Ten Reasons to Die" και κυκλοφορεί (αυτοχρηματοδοτούμενο) σε ψηφιακή μορφή από το φθινόπωρο (22 Νοεμβρίου 2024), ενώ η δισκογραφική εταιρεία Wanikiya Record θα το "βγάλει" σε φυσική μορφή...
