Wings of Steel - 'Dreamer Deceiver' (acoustic cover of Judas Priest)
Standing by my window,
Breathing summer breeze.
Saw a figure floating,

Οι Wings of Steel μας έρχονται από τις ΗΠΑ (Los Angeles, California), δημιουργήθηκαν προ εξαετίας, τον Απρίλιο του 2019, από τον τραγουδιστή Leo Unnermark και τον κιθαρίστα Parker Halub. Hard rock / heavy metal μουσικό σχήμα, το οποίο μας συστήνεται κάπως έτσι:
Προ τριετίας οι Wings of Steel κυκλοφόρησαν το ντεμπούτο τους. Πρόκειται για (αυτοχρηματοδοτούμενο) ep πέντε τραγουδιών με τίτλο το όνομα του συγκροτήματος. Πρόπερσι "βγήκε" (αυτοχρηματοδοτούμενος σε cd και ψηφιακή μορφή) και ο πρώτος "ολοκληρωμένος" δίσκος της Αμερικάνικης μπάντας υπό τον τίτλο "Gates of Twilight" και προ διμήνου το live album "Live in France".
Στην παρούσα ανάρτηση θα τους παρακολουθήσουμε να αποδίδουν "ζωντανά" μία ακουστική προσέγγιση - διασκευή στο τραγούδι των Judas Priest "Dreamer Deceiver" (το οποίο γνωρίσαμε στον "μυθικό" δίσκο των J.P. "Sad Wings of Destiny". Το βίντεο προέρχεται από την εμφάνιση της μπάντας στο Hard Rock Cafe Paris, στις 15 Μαΐου 2024.
«Wings of Steel is a hard rock / heavy metal band founded by vocalist Leo Unnermark and guitarist Parker Halub. The two musicians crossed paths in April 2019 when studying music in Los Angeles and have been writing music together ever since.
With the lockdown of 2020, Halub and Unnermark moved out of the city to the suburbs where they converted an old bomb shelter into a mini studio and dedicated themselves to writing music for the band, full time.»
