Το (υπερκλασικό) τραγούδι "Overkill" το πρωτακούσαμε τον χειμώνα του 1979 όταν κυκλοφορούσε ως single. Λίγες ημέρες αργότερα, τον Μάρτιο, "βγήκε" και ο "ολοκληρωμένος" δίσκος με τον ίδιο τίτλο. Ήταν το δεύτερο full length album της παρέας των Lemmy.

Το "Overkill" έμελλε να είναι και το τελευταίο μουσικό κομμάτι που ερμήνευσαν "ζωντανά" στις 11 Δεκεμβρίου του 2015, ως encore, στο Βερολίνο οι Motörhead.
