Τον Ron Keel τον (πρωτο)γνωρίσαμε ως μέλος των Lust (παρότι δεν κυκλοφόρησε κάτι μαζί τους). Επόμενο βήμα του ήταν οι Steeler, οι οποίοι έγιναν γνωστοί (όσο έγιναν) λόγω της παρουσίας του (θεού) Yngwie J. Malmsteen στο ομώνυμο ντεμπούτο τους.
Οι Steeler έμειναν ενεργοί από το 1981 έως το 1984 και επανήλθαν προ τριετίας (2022). Παράλληλα τον έχουμε ακούσει και σε πληθώρα άλλων συγκροτημάτων - projects όπως οι Ron Keel Band, Keel, Saber Tiger, Ron Keel, Emerald Sabbath, Badlands House Band, Iron Horse κλπ.
Ο Ron Keel "παντρεύει" όλα τα μουσικά του σχήματα μέσω του δίσκου "Keelworld", ο οποίος κυκλοφορεί ήδη από το περασμένο καλοκαίρι (Αυγούστου 2024) μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας RFK Media, με το δελτίο τύπου να μας δίνει τις λεπτομέρειες:
