Το 1984 ήταν μία χρονιά ιδιαίτερη για τον Jack Starr. Ήταν το έτος που ολοκληρώθηκε η συνεργασία του με τους Virgin Steele (με την μπάντα που εκείνος δημιούργησε) και παράλληλα κυκλοφόρησε τον πρώτο προσωπικό του δίσκο υπό τον τίτλο "Out of the Darkness".
41 έτη αργότερα θα "βγει" η φυσική του συνέχεια. "Out of the Darkness Part II" ο τίτλος και αναμένεται στα τελειώματα του δεύτερου ανοιξιάτικου μήνα. Ο δίσκος θα έχει έντονο Warlord άρωμα καθώς συμμετέχουν οι Giles Lavery, Mark Zonder, Eric Juris, Jimmy Waldo.
