Οι Lowen μας έρχονται από την πρωτεύουσα της Αγγλίας. Δημιουργήθηκαν προ επταετίας και μας παρουσιάζονται κάπως έτσι: «Crushing progressive doom steeped in the history of the ancient middle-east and the empty vistas of space.»

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει δύο "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους ("A Crypt in the Stars" 2018, "Do Not Go to War with the Demons of Mazandaran" 2024) και ένα ep ("Unceasing Lamentations" 2021). Δελτίο τύπου: «This live acoustic EP was recorded live by Jackhammer Promotions at the Green Door Store in Brighton as part of the Doomsday Online live stream series to raise money for the venue.

The first two tracks are fully improvised. The Exalted One Who Walketh is sung in Sumerian, with lyrics being arranged from the tablet "E-lum Didara" by Nina.

Against Evil Done by the Serpent is sung in Akkadian and taken from Elizabeth Payne's transliteration of tablet YBC11381. The third track, Lalae Madar is an Iranian lullaby sung in Farsi.»
