Warlord - 'The Rainbow' (official audio)

Πολλαπλό το δισκογραφικό "χτύπημα" των (άνευ William Tsamis) Warlord στο τρέχον έτος (2024). Αρχικά ήταν το full length album "Free Spirit Soar" και ακολούθησε η συλλογή με τον τίτλο - σιδηρόδρομο "From The Ashes To The Archives - The Hot Pursuit Continues".

Παράλληλα οι Warlord κυκλοφόρησαν (σε ψηφιακή μορφή) και τέσσερα singles, ένα ανά φεστιβάλ στο οποίο έλαβαν μέρος. Πρόκειται για νέες ηχογραφήσεις παλαιότερων συνθέσεων του Tsamis και τα προσφέρουν για δωρεάν λήψη (free download που λένε και στο χωριό μου) μέσω της Bandcamp σελίδας τους.

Εστιάζουμε στο (καταπληκτικό) τραγούδι - single "The Rainbow", το οποίο (πρωτο)γνωρίσαμε στο δεύτερο demo ("Demo II") των Warlord που είχε κυκλοφορήσει η μπάντα σε κασέτα το 1981. Αν δεν με προδίδει η μνήμη μου (και η... βαρεμάρα μου να ψάξω) η μόνη φορά που το εν λόγω μουσικό κομμάτι (η αρχική του εκδοχή δηλαδή) "μπήκε" σε δίσκο ήταν η συλλογή "Deliver Us" που κυκλοφόρησε το 2016, ενώ στο tribute album "A Crack in the Sky" το διασκευάζουν οι Arrayan Path...
