This song is about the real battle with suicide, and the fight with depression and anxiety that someone very close to Guy has gone through, including himself.

This song sings to the girl in this song, while she is feeling defeating, and hearing lies about herself in her own head. Telling her how loved and worthy she is amidst this battle.
