Full length album νούμερο πέντε για τους Dragony, οι οποίο επέστρεψαν δισκογραφικά μετά από μία τριετία. "Hic Svnt Dracones" ο τίτλος και κυκλοφόρησε προ ημερών. Νέα μέλη της μπάντας (σε σχέση με τον τελευταίο τους δίσκο "Viribus Unitis" που κυκλοφόρησε το 2021) είναι ο κιθαρίστας Mat Plekhanov, ο οποίος εντάχθηκε το 2022 και ο drummer Chris Auckenthaler (ξεκίνησε πέρυσι παίζοντας τύμπανα στις συναυλίες του συγκροτήματος και από φέτος αποτελεί και επίσημα μέλος).

Οι Dragony μας έρχονται από την πρωτεύουσα της Αυστρίας (Βιέννη). Δημιουργήθηκαν πριν από 17 έτη (τα τρία πρώτα χρόνια ως The Dragonslayer Project) και αποκαλούν την μουσική τους πρόταση "Glory Metal". Όσον αφορά το νέο τους δισκογραφικό πόνημα μας λένε σχετικά:

We've been working tirelessly on this new album over the past couple of months, and we believe that all the hard work has finally paid off!

We think this is our best album yet, and should appeal to both fans of modern as well as traditional symphonic European Power Metal!

The album was produced and co-written with our longtime collaborator and producer (and seventh band member) Frank Pitters at Silverline Music in Austria, with the mix and master done by the incomparable Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios, Denmark.

The artwork for the album and the singles was done by Stan W Decker and our videos this time were produced by Witzki Visions, Tamas Künsztler Productions, and Ingo Spörl.

We are once again inviting you to join us on an epic and mythical journey to lands where reality and fantasy blend into one; however this time, the journey takes us to the New World in the late 16th century, when Sir Walter Raleigh receives a charter from Queen Elizabeth I to found the first settlement in North America at Roanoke.

However, the colonists mysteriously disappear... and the story of "Hic Svnt Dracones" tells you exactly what happened!»
