Το τραγούδι των Nanowar Of Steel "Valhalleluja" (σύντμηση του Valhalla και του hallelujah) κυκλοφόρησε προ πενταετίας, στα τελειώματα του 2019 κι αποτελεί ένα από τα ωραιότερα "χριστουγεννιάτικα" τραγούδια που έχω ακούσει.

Η "ζωντανή" απόδοσή του από τις Ιταλούς parody metallers (στις 5 of Ιουλίου 2024 στο Festival Rock Harz Festival) υστερεί (σε σχέση με την στουντιακή) τόσο μουσικά (λείπει ο Angus McFife, χορωδία κλπ), όσο και... οπτικά (το μουσικό βίντεο ανεβάζει το τραγούδι σε άλλη διάσταση), αλλά ακούγεται ευχάριστα.

Το 2003 δημιουργήθηκαν στην Ιταλία οι Nanowar σατιρίζοντας το "true metal" (κυρίως τους Manowar). Τρία χρόνια αργότερα μετονομάσθηκαν σε Nanowar of Steel "τρολάροντας" τους Rhapsody, οι οποίοι μετονομάσθηκαν (την ίδια χρονιά) σε Rhapsody of Fire.

Χρησιμοποιώντας τα κλισέ των Manowar αυτοχαρακτηρίζονται ως "the TRUEST metal band in the known universe". Στα είκοσι ένα χρόνια καριέρας έχουν κυκλοφορήσει έξι "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, δύο demos, 17 singles, ένα ep και δύο live albums.

Στα τελειώματα του τρέχοντος έτους (στις 6 Δεκεμβρίου 2024) θα κυκλοφορήσουν μέσω της δισκογραφικής εταιρείας Napalm Records την συλλογή "XX Years of Steel" σε τριπλό cd και σε ψηφιακή μορφή...
