Οι Black Sun μας έρχονται από Εκουαδόρ. Μπάντα μελωδικού (power) metal, η οποία δημιουργήθηκε στο μεταίχμιο δύο χιλιετιών κι αναφέρει ως επιρροές συγκροτήματα όπως οι Helloween, Stryper, Hammerfall, Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Edguy, Avantasia, Accept, Hell, Masterplan, Firewind κλπ.
