InnerWish - 'Cult Of The Blind' (Official Visualizer Video)
Is this the edge of our creation?
Where do we go? Where social media blows
A world of moral deformation
Of lessen highs and ever growing lows
Eye for an eye, the nemesis of reason
Behind a screen, alone in viral prison
Empty vision
We’re lying and our world is falling
What have we become? We burned the sky
Lighting a path to crawl in
All has turned to dust, no wonder why
The cult of the blind
The fall of man, the doom of nature
While thousands die, we build the tombs for races
Decay - Mind aberration
The waste of knowledge will erase our traces
Degrade the past to pull the strings of presence
A fate to craft, a mob of pawns and denses
Slip of essence

Δισκογραφική επιστροφή μετά από μία οκταετία για τους InnerWish. Λεπτομέρειες για το έκτο full length album των Ελλήνων metallers δεν έχουν γίνει ακόμη γνωστές, πέραν του τραγουδιού "Cult Of The Blind", το visualizer video του οποίου προετοιμάζει το έδαφος...
InnerWish: «Not only are we proud to share with you our new, standalone single, “Cult of the Blind” (artwork by Giannis Nakos, Remedy Art Design), but also to announce our signing to Reigning Phoenix Music(RPM)!
We are deeply honored that these people, with all this great experience and background in the metal music business, believe in us and our music. This feels like a big reward for everything we have done so far! And what a privilege to be among such huge bands and artists! Markus Wosgien, Jochen Richert and Patrick Dietz, thank you!
Special thanks to Emil Westerdahl and Ulterium Records for those wonderful years we had together! His help has been enormous this entire time and he always acted 100% professionally and sincerely. So, thank you, man!
The story goes on, since you are a true friend by now, above anything else! Stay tuned for more details about our new album, because the remaining months of 2024 will be full of InnerWish music. More exciting things will be announced soon!»
Fragiskos Samoilis: «This song goes full throttle and is one of our heaviest tracks ever! It blends thrashy riffing and drumming with melodic vocals and various influences.
The lyrics critique modern society's distortion by social media and mainstream media, highlighting how the trivial overshadows the essential, leading us into a cult-like loss of individuality and thought.»
