Ο Eldritch υπάρχουν στο "κουρμπέτι" 33 χρόνια [συν τρία αν συνυπολογίσουμε την προγενέστερη μορφή τους (Zeus)], πήραν το όνομά τους από τίτλο τραγουδιού των (θεών) Watchtower και ιδιαίτερα οι τρεις πρώτοι τους δίσκοι ("Seeds of Rage" 1995, "Headquake" 1997, "El Niño" 1998) ανήκουν στους κορυφαίους της δεκαετίας (και όχι μόνο). Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει συνολικά δεκατρείς "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους με πλέον πρόσφατο το album "Innervoid", το οποίο "βγήκε" τον περασμένο Νοέμβριο.
