Οι Myrath (τ' όνομά τους σημαίνει κληρονομιά στα Αραβικά) μας έρχονται από την Τυνησία. Δημιουργήθηκαν το μακρινό 2001 ως Xtazy και πέντε χρόνια αργότερα πήραν το τωρινό τους όνομα. Μας συστήνονται κάπως έτσι: «Myrath quintet is producing Blazing Desert Metal since 2007. The band is bringing together progressive influences and catchy hooks.»

Έχουν κυκλοφορήσει πέντε "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, δύο live albums, ένα demo (συν ένα ως Xtazy) και μπόλικα singles. Το πλέον πρόσφατο τιτλοφορείται "Candles Cry" και προετοιμάζει το έδαφος για το νέο full length album της μπάντας ("Karma") που αναμένεται τον επόμενο μήνα (αν και αρχικά είχε προγραμματισθεί να κυκλοφορήσει στις αρχές Φεβρουαρίου)...
