Οι Triptykon σχηματίσθηκαν το 2008 από τον Thomas Gabriel Fischer μετά την διάλυση των Celtic Frost. Κυκλοφόρησαν δύο "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους ("Eparistera Daimones" 2010, "Melana Chasmata" 2014), ένα ep ("Shatter" 2010), ένα single ("Breathing" 2014), ένα boxed set ("Eparistera Daimones - The Complete Sessions" 2010) και ένα live album ("Requiem (Live at Roadburn 2019)" 2020).

Στην παρούσα ανάρτηση θα τους παρακολουθήσουμε να αποδίδουν "ζωντανά" τραγούδι των Celtic Frost στο φετινό Bloodstock Open Air Metal Festival. Πρόκειται για το "Dawn of Megiddo", το οποίο γνωρίσαμε στον δίσκο των C.F. "To Mega Therion" που κυκλοφόρησε το φθινόπωρο του 1985...
