Το τραγούδι - μπαλάντα "Is This Love" το πρωτακούσαμε στον ομώνυμο (ή "1987") δίσκο των Whitesnake που κυκλοφόρησε τον Μάρτιο του 1987. Λίγους μήνες αργότερα (τον Ιούνιο στην Ευρώπη, τον Οκτώβριο στην Αμερική) "βγήκε" και αυτόνομα ως single.

Σύνθεση και στίχοι του David Coverdale και του John Sykes. Το ξέρατε όμως ότι αντί για την φωνή του Coverdale θα μπορούσαμε να το είχαμε (πρωτ)ακούσει με την φωνή της Tina Turner; Ο David μας εξηγεί στο μπούκλετ της επανέκδοσης στην εικοστή επέτειο του δίσκου:
