Το καλοκαίρι του 1997 "σκάει" ως κεραυνός εν αιθρία (στους heavy metal κύκλους τουλάχιστον) το εκπληκτικό (και... εκρηκτικό) ντεμπούτο των HammerFall υπό τον τίτλο "Glory to the Brave".

Το επόμενο έτος (Σεπτέμβριος 1998) "βγήκε" ο διάδοχός του ("Legacy of Kings") που είχε εξ αρχής την πολύ δύσκολη αποστολή να δικαιώσει τις προσδοκίες που δημιουργήθηκαν, να σταθεί στο ύψος των απαιτήσεων και να αποδείξει ότι το "Glory to the Brave" δεν ήταν "πυροτέχνημα" και ότι η Σουηδική μπάντα παρουσιάζει συνέχεια και συνέπεια.

Τα κατάφερε; Ναι! Είναι καλύτερο από τον προκάτοχό του; Σε καμία περίπτωση, το νερό όμως μπήκε στο αυλάκι. Ακούμε το (μπαλαντοειδές) τραγούδι "Remember Yesterday"..
