Τον Μάιο του 1984 κυκλοφορούσε ο τρίτος "ολοκληρωμένος" δίσκος των Twisted Sister υπό τον τίτλο "Stay Hungry". Αποτέλεσε την μεγαλύτερη (εμπορικά) επιτυχία των TS παρά το προβλήματα με την δισκογραφική εταιρεία και τον (παραγωγό) Tom Werman κατά την διάρκεια των ηχογραφήσεων.
Εκεί βρίσκονται και τα πλέον επιτυχημένα και αναγνωρίσιμα τραγούδια της Αμερικάνικης μπάντας, το "We're Not Gonna Take It" και το "I Wanna Rock". Το τρίτο (χρονικά) single που "έβγαλε" ο δίσκος, στα τελειώματα του 1984, ήταν το "The Price" (με το "S.M.F." στην δεύτερη πλευρά του βινυλίου). Βλέπουμε και ακούμε τους Dee Snider (φωνητικά), Jay Jay French (κιθάρα), Eddie Ojeda (κιθάρα), Mark "The Animal" Mendoza (μπάσο), A.J. Pero (τύμπανα - RIP 2015)...
