Το μακρινό 1974 δημιουργήθηκαν οι Bandy Legs. Τρία χρόνια αργότερα μετονομάσθηκαν σε Quartz και κυκλοφόρησαν το ομώνυμο ντεμπούτο τους (σε παραγωγή Tony Iommi και Chris Tsangarides). Το 1980 ήταν μία άκρως παραγωγική χρονιά καθώς το όνομα των Quartz εμφανίζεται σε (ούτε μία, ούτε δύο, αλλά...) οκτώ κυκλοφορίες!

Που; Στο full length album "Stand Up and Fight", στο "ζωντανά" ηχογραφημένο "Live Quartz", σε τέσσερα singles, ένα ep ("Satans Serenade + Bloody Fool / Roll Over Beethoven") και μία συλλογή - split ("Muthas Pride").

Από εκείνη την "γόνιμη" περίοδο της μπάντας προέρχονται τα δύο τραγούδια ("Charlie Snow", "Satan's Serenade") που σας παρουσιάζουμε σήμερα (σε βίντεο). Η Βρετανική μπάντα τα απέδωσε "ζωντανά" στο μουσικό φεστιβάλ at Keep It True πριν από εννέα χρόνια (το 2013)...
