Τον Μάρτιο του 1983 οι ZZ Top κυκλοφόρησαν το όγδοο "στουντιακό" full length album υπό τον τίτλο "Eliminator". Το τρίτο τραγούδι (την πρώτης πλευράς του βινυλίου) ήταν το "Sharp Dressed Man", το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε και αυτόνομα, ως single (με το "I Got the Six" στην δεύτερη πλευρά).
