Οι The Sonic Overlords μας έρχονται από την Σουηδία. Δημιουργήθηκαν προ τετραετίας ως The Sonic Temple και πήραν πρόπερσι το τωρινό τους όνομα. Ως προς το μουσικό τους ύφος; Η ίδια η μπάντα το χαρακτηρίζει κάπως έτσι: «melodic rock majesty and thunderous doom from Stockholm, Sweden. For fans of: Dio/Martin-era Black Sabbath, Rainbow, early Candlemass, Yngwie J. Malmsteen's Rising Force, Scorpions and MSG.» Οι The Sonic Overlords έχουν κυκλοφορήσει τρία singles και πλέον έφθασε η στιγμή για τον πρώτο "ολοκληρωμένο" τους δίσκο, ο οποίος φέρει τον τίτλο "Last Days of Babylon" κι αναμένεται σε λίγες ημέρες...
