Στις 20 Νοεμβρίου 2019 απεβίωσε ο "Baron Blood" με την μπάντα του (Necromantia) να ανακοινώνει την κυκλοφορία ενός αποχαιρετιστήριου ep το επόμενο έτος (2020) αφιερωμένο στην μνήμη του. Τελικά το ep έγινε... full length album υπό τον τίτλο "To the Depths We Descend..." με το Αθηναϊκό συγκρότημα να υπογραμμίζει «The farewell album of Necromantia in the memory of Baron Blood».
Ο δίσκος κυκλοφορεί ήδη σε ψηφιακή μορφή, αυτές τις ημέρες "βγαίνει" σε cd, ενώ σε βινύλιο και κασέτα έχει προγραμματισθεί για τον επόμενο μήνα. Κάπως έτσι ολοκληρώνεται μία δισκογραφική πορεία που ξεκίνησε το μακρινό 1990 με την κυκλοφορία του demo "Promo Tape 1990" και περιλαμβάνει πέντε "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους, τρία demos, πέντε συλλογές, ένα boxed set, ενώ οι Necromantia συμμετείχαν και σε τέσσερα split albums...
