Το 2001 ο Doogie White ενσωματώθηκε στην μπάντα του Yngwie Malmsteen ως ο νέος τραγουδιστής καταφέρνοντας να συνεργασθεί τόσο με τον Ritchie Blackmore (στο "Stranger In Us All" των Rainbow), όσο και με το "πνευματικό" του τέκνο. (Πόσοι γνωρίζουν ότι είχε περάσει από audition για αντικαταστάτης του Bruce Dickinson στους Iron Maiden, αλλά τελικά προτιμήθηκε ο Blaze Bayley;).

Στους Rising Force έμεινε για επτά χρόνια (πως άντεξε τόσο;) παίρνοντας μέρος σε δύο δίσκους: "Attack!!" (2002) και "Unleash the Fury" (2005) κι αντικαταστάθηκε από τον Tim "Ripper" Owens. Το μοναδικό τραγούδι του "Attack!!" που δεν τραγουδά είναι το "Freedom Isn't Free" με τον Yngwie να πιάνει το μικρόφωνο (κάτι που κάνει σε μόνιμη πλέον βάση από το 2012 και μετά)...
