Ακουστική συλλογή (best of) η μουσική πρόταση των Bonfire στο ξεκίνημα του 2021. Φέρει τον τίτλο "Roots" κι αναμένεται στα τελειώματα του τελευταίου χειμερινού μήνα. Οι Bonfire μας έρχονται από την Γερμανία.
Δημιουργήθηκαν το 1972 ως Cacumen (με δισκογραφικό απολογισμό ένα single, δύο albums κι ένα ep) και το 1986 -κατόπιν προτροπής της δισκογραφικής τους εταιρείας και του manager της μπάντας- άλλαξαν το όνομά τους σε Bonfire. Δραστήρια δισκογραφικά μπάντα με 19 "ολοκληρωμένους" δίσκους στο ενεργητικό της (συν επτά live albums και τέσσερις συλλογές)...

“Love Don’t Lie” (featuring Lydia Panè) is released! The new Bonfire album “Roots” an almost unplugged album. Hans Ziller came up with a very interesting idea to include some guitar licks from some of his musical influences into the songs. They are tastefully woven through the entire album.
They are all in the original keys and really makes for some interesting listening. "Roots" is the title of the upcoming acoustic best-of album of Bonfire's Hard'n'Heavy legends. 2 CDs with 24 songs, full of classics, reinterpreted in Bonfire's usual manner.
Since there are still no live shows to the current album, Bonfire decided to take it to heart: In summer 2020 they went to the "Flatliners Recording Studios" again to work on the album "Roots" in order to help the fans through hard times with new material.
Parallel to the record, the band started a crowdfunding campaign with great goodies, such as living room concerts or VIP tickets. They have been in business for 30 years and are far from getting tired!»
