Οι Angel Sword μας έρχονται από την Φινλανδία. Δημιουργήθηκαν το 2010 και μετά από ένα demo ("Where We Are Going You Cannot Come" 2010) και δύο EPs ("Ripping the Heavens" 2013, "The Midwinter Tapes" 2015) κυκλοφόρησαν τον πρώτο ολοκληρωμένο δίσκο τους. Τιτλοφορείται "Rebels Beyond the Pale" και κυκλοφόρησε σε ψηφιακή μορφή τον Ιανουάριο και σε cd τον Φεβρουάριο του 2016.

Προ τριετίας "χτύπησαν" δισκογραφικά με το "επτάρι" "Kallio Rock City". Το δεύτερο full length album των Φινλανδών metallers Φέρει τον τίτλο "Neon City" και "βγήκε" στα τελειώματα ττου 2019 σε cd και ψηφιακή μορφή και πέρυσι (τον περασμένο Μάρτιο) σε βινύλιο. Οι Angel Sword δηλώνουν ότι αγαπούν το "Old School NWOBHM" και αναφέρουν ως επιρροές μπάντες όπως οι: Diamond Head, Angel Witch, Iron Maiden, Venom, Motörhead, Metallica, Judas Priest, Accept κλπ...

Η φιλμογράφηση του τραγουδιού "Hardliner" πραγματοποιήθηκε κατά την διάρκεια της "ζωντανής" εμφάνισης της Φινλανδικής μπάντας στο μπαρ Rock Bear της πόλης Βάνταα (Vantaa, Finland) στις 16 Οκτωβρίου 2020. Στα τύμπανα βλέπουμε τον Alexander Depraved, ο οποίος αντικατέστησε πέρυσι τον St. Peter (κατά κόσμο Matti Pekkanen) που αποχώρησε το 2019...
