Οι Villagers of Ioannina City επέστρεψαν δισκογραφικά μετά από μία πενταετία. Ο διάδοχος του (εξαιρετικού) album "Riza" τιτλοφορείται "Age of Aquarius" και κυκλοφόρησε ψηφιακά τον περασμένο Σεπτέμβριο. Στις αρχές Απριλίου θα "βγει" και σε φυσική μορφή μέσω της Napalm Records.

Οι Villagers of Ioannina City μας έρχονται (όπως μαρτυράει και τ' όνομά τους) από τα Ιωάννινα και "παντρεύουν" με εξαιρετικό τρόπο την πολυφωνική μουσική της Ηπείρου με το heavy rock. Ηλεκτρικές κιθάρες και κλαρίνο.

Το 2010 συστήθηκαν δισκογραφικά στο κοινό κυκλοφορώντας ένα promo έξι τραγουδιών. Τον Απρίλιο του 2014 "έσκασε σαν βόμβα" στην εγχώρια μουσική σκηνή το ντεμπούτο τους "Riza" για να το διαδεχθεί (τον Νοέμβριο του ίδιου έτους) το ep "Zvara​ / ​Karakolia". Η μπάντα μας συστήνεται (σε όσους δεν την γνωρίζουν ακόμη) κάπως έτσι:
