Το συγκρότημα Follow the Cipher δημιουργήθηκε προ πενταετίας ως προσωπικό σχήμα του κιθαρίστα Ken Kängström, αλλά εξελίχθηκε γρήγορα σε "κανονικό" συγκρότημα, το οποίο κυκλοφόρησε πέρυσι το ομότιτλο ντεμπούτο του. Ο δεύτερος δίσκος βρίσκεται σε διαδικασία δημιουργίας. Το έδαφος προετοιμάζει το βίντεο του ψηφιακού single "The Pioneer"...

Ken Kängström: «The Pioneer' is the story of a soldier waking up in a dark desert, bound to a journey seeking the bright light of the sun. The only way for him to redeem his sins is to find the rising star. This is a metaphor for learning from your own mistakes and faults in life, and learning to be a better person - a story that I think every single person can relate to. And for now, we are happy to say that we are writing the next album, and we are more excited than ever before. If you liked our first album, you will love this.»
Bio: «Follow The Cipher was originally Kens solo project. It was supposed to be a small release, just for him self, but stuff happened along the way that changed a lot of things. Linda came into the picture when she was auditioning for Follow The Cipher. Among a lot of people she stood out, both as a fantastic person and as an awesome singer.
So they did their thing together, became friends and had a blast in the studio. They eventually recruited some members to create a whole band. Time went by, and Linda and Ken parted with their other members to finally get to where we are today, with Viko, Jonas and Karl.
Follow The Cipher represent a dirty, dry, rusty and lonesome environment in a devastated future, collapsed by a careless consequence of our past. This is presented through our graphical theme, stage show, our music and the lyrics within it.»
